where use is made of industrial means;
where motor vehicles, cranes, roller bridges, lifting gear or machines driving dangerous installations/appliances are being used;
where weapons are carried.

A function involving increased vigilance is any position which:

involves permanent surveillance of the operation of an installation and
where a lack of vigilance during the performance of this surveillance might endanger the safety and health of other employees of the enterprise or of external enterprises.
