Which employees are obligatorily subject to the medical examination?

The following employees are subject to a health assessment:
- A first group are the employees with a safety related function;
- or with a function involving increased vigilance;
- risk for the employee’s health due to exposure to chemical, physical or biological agents;
- an identifiable risk regarding physical or mental stress for the employee who is exposed to stress of an ergonomic nature, related to heavy work, or to monotonous or pace related work;
- risk for psycho-social stress for the employee.
