    We collect your basic data to be able to respond to your specific request.

  2. An IDEWE consultant gets in touch with you.

    Together, we identify your needs and address your questions.

  • A statutory notice period of six months applies if you want to change your external service. Send a notice of termination to your current service by 30 June at the latest; IDEWE can provide you with a template for this.

    If you do decide to make the switch to IDEWE, we will handle the entire transition. You will be fully operational with us from 1 January. Expect a kick-off meeting in the autumn, a straightforward transfer of data, an introduction to your service team, a direct exchange of medical records and training on our customer portal and planning tool.

  • At IDEWE, you pay a fixed amount per employee. This is the same whether or not they are under health monitoring. The legislation sets a minimum rate based on your company’s main activity, according to five rate groups. If you had no more than five employees on 30 November of the previous year, you enjoy a favourable micro-rate for the following year.

  • Yes, you will always have a dedicated IDEWE contact person. This person will be your primary point of contact for all your general, organisational and practical issues involving wellbeing and prevention.
