Supervision for confidential counsellors
Employees who act as confidential counsellors at their company or organisation and who have completed the foundation training course.
Inhoud
Confidential counsellors play an important role in every organisation. They are the point of contact for employees who may be suffering from psychosocial complaints such as stress, burnout and depression. They also act as a mediator during conflicts between all parties involved. This is no easy task, which is why it is a good idea to support them with additional training. Professional supervision provides them with new insights and greater confidence to ensure they can fulfil their role as a confidential counsellor to the best of their ability.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of their training.
Focus on their own experience
During the supervision period, the participants will discuss specific cases from the workplace:
- They will look at problematic situations in a new light together with the coach.
- They will look for ways to address the problem.
- They will practise structured interview methods and refine their conversational skills.
Everything takes place in a strictly confidential environment.
Get started with confidence
After the training session, your employees will have new insights and skills to allow them to perform their role as confidential counsellors better. This in turn results in even better psychosocial support for your employees – and a healthier work environment in the long term.
