Analyse: via the data to better wellbeing and health at work

Would you like to gather insights on how to improve the wellbeing and health of your employees in a sustainable manner? Then the experts at the Creative Connect Centre will be pleased to assist you in making informed choices: think of data analyses, questionnaires, and literature reviews. In that way, you obtain insights that provide an answer to your question.

Let us analyse!

What does your analysis process look like?

Would you like to identify specific risks through analysis, questionnaires, literature, or research? Evaluate a new working method against the scientific literature? Or assess the impact of a reorganisation on the wellbeing of your employees? We do this together, step by step:

  • intake – We listen carefully to your needs and context. Do you want to use existing data? Or are additional insights needed? We provide a clear overview of everything.
  • research plan – From the analysis of existing data to a literature review or a reasoned questionnaire tailored to your organisation: you will receive a clear project description and offer.
  • execution – We carry out the analysis according to plan. Sometimes via data that IDEWE already possesses, sometimes via new datasets.
  • insights and conclusions – Our researchers produce clear reports in which we translate the figures into recommendations.
  • evaluation – We look back together over the process: which questions have been answered? What else needs further examination?

What types of issues do we address through Analysis?

Whether you are working with existing data or a new research question, we are there to help you get started. Not only to examine data, but also to draw the right conclusions.

A selection of recent Analysis projects:

  • Personalised questionnaire about leadership

A customer wished to know how employees experience leadership in the organisation. We created a tailored questionnaire, supported by literature research and validated by experts.

  • Literature study on distraction for bus drivers

An organisation wondered whether automatic voice announcements (“the next stop is …”) have an impact on the concentration of drivers. We explored the available literature and summarised the conclusions in a practical manner.

  • Analysis of mental wellbeing among self-employed persons

A customer took measures to improve ergonomics in the organisation. Did this intervention now lead to fewer muscle and joint complaints? To arrive at the answer, we analysed the data from the medical examinations.

  • Analysis of mental wellbeing among self-employed persons

We conducted an analysis of a survey among self-employed individuals for a client. This analysis not only provided insight into their mental wellbeing, but also identified the risk factors and protective factors that could affect it.
