What is common to all the challenges that we tackle through Co-create? That there are currently no ready-made answers available. So take the time to look into your issue - big or small, hot topic or evergreen. Tailored and supported by an IDEWE expert or an external knowledge partner. That way, you can get started without worries and get to work effectively.

How is your co-creation process progressing?
Are you facing any challenges in terms of wellbeing or prevention? At Co-create, we follow these steps:
- intake – Co-create starts with attentive listening to your issue and to the underlying needs and context.
- proposal – Is your question clear on paper? You will then receive a personalised offer with a plan of action.
- action – From one brainstorming session to a series of co-creation sessions, together we will examine your issue in detail. A co-creation expert assumes the role of facilitator in order to inspire participants and work together to find solutions tailored to your organisation (consider an action plan, a policy, a product, a prototype, etc.). With proven techniques and an eye for human design thinking.
- solution – This is the pinnacle of your co-creation process: a response to your issue in terms of wellbeing and prevention, ready for immediate implementation in your organisation.
- evaluation – How has the process gone? How solid is the outcome? During this review, we note strengths and areas for improvement.

Where does Co-create take place?
Co-create is a service provided by the Creative Connect Centre located at IDEWE’s headquarters in Haasrode (Leuven). There you will find inspiring spaces to explore your challenge in peace - away from the daily rush. Would you rather co-create in a different location, such as your own office? That is fine. Whichever suits you best.
