Our Inspire rooms are tastefully decorated with touches of nature – think of moss and wood. They have everything to stimulate and get your employees or guests moving.

Which Inspire spaces are available to you and your team?
The Creative Connect Centre is located at the IDEWE Group’s headquarters in Haasrode (Leuven). It includes Spark and Explore rooms, as well as an audio-visual studio for professional podcast and video recordings.

Good to know: you can easily park your car in our large car park and enjoy ample and sustainable catering options during your event or meeting.
Spark: a modular space for workshops and group sessions
With its flexible set-up and sustainable interior design, Spark is ideal for interactive sessions, team meetings or creative workshops. Everything is on wheels, allowing you to alternate between sitting and standing effortlessly. Beneficial for your blood vessels, thought processes and team spirit.

Explore: a vibrant arena for pitches, demos and talks
Explore is an inspiring environment for lectures, pitches or hybrid events. The space features a playful “arena” and a cosy corner with a lounge area for small groups. Ideal for sessions where experience and impact are key.

How do you book an Inspire space?
An inspiring event begins with the right surroundings. We create the ideal setting, from initial consultation to evaluation:
- intake – We listen to what you wish to achieve.
- proposal – You choose your space. We provide the right set-up, catering and support.
- event – Focus on the content of your event with peace of mind. Our team takes care of everything: from healthy snacks to the right equipment.
- evaluation – We would love to hear your feedback at the end, so we can keep improving.

What events can you organise at the Creative Connect Centre?
From creative brainstorming to formal meetings, our Inspire spaces offer an answer to your needs. You concentrate on the content; we will take care of the rest. Some examples to inspire you:

- wellbeing networking event – Gather your colleagues or partners around a relevant theme, whether during or after working hours.
