Types of medical examinations

We offer a comprehensive range of medical examinations, tailored to your employees’ needs and working conditions. That way you can build a safe and healthy workplace more effectively.

General medical examination

  • Aim: Assessing the overall health of your employees.
  • Components of the examination: We use a FINDRISC questionnaire to check parameters such as vaccination status, weight, height, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and the risk of diabetes. We also carry out various standard tests such as an eye test and a hearing test.
  • Target group: All employees, with a special focus on the health risks associated with their roles.

Physical demands examination

  • Aim: Early detection of locomotor complaints.
  • Components of the examination: An occupational health nurse uses a medical questionnaire to check for locomotor complaints.
  • Target group: Employees with jobs involving ergonomic risks such as lifting, standing or sitting at work and repetitive tasks

Psychosocial wellbeing examination

  • Aim: Identifying psychosocial complaints early and facilitating their discussion. This improves your organisation’s mental resilience.
  • Components of the examination: We use a psychosocial barometer to assess your employees’ psychosocial strengths and issues. We focus on motivation and reinforcing what is going well.
  • Target group: Employees who are under stress at work or at risk of burnout.

Skin examination

  • Aim: Early detection and prevention of skin complaints.
  • Components of the examination: We evaluate the skin using a questionnaire and clinical examination. We can also add a hand washing or hand disinfection test.
  • Target group: Employees who use products that can irritate the skin, such as chemicals and cleaning agents.

Hearing test

  • Aim: Early detection of hearing loss.
  • Components of the examination: We use a specific questionnaire on the prevention of hearing loss and exposure to noise and do a SPIN (speech-in-noise) hearing test.

Cardio Scan

  • Aim: Assessing cardiovascular disease risk and providing targeted preventive advice.
  • Components of the examination: We measure weight, height, body mass index (BMI), abdominal circumference, blood pressure and cholesterol. We also record smoking behaviour. Based on all this information, we assess the cardiovascular risk profile, both currently and at age 60.
  • Target group: All employees. Specifically recommended for anyone over 40.

Move Scan
